$400 security/damage deposit is due two days before your reservation. This amount is separate from your reservation amount, and is refundable 7-10 days after departures assuming no damages or extra-cost items were incurred during stay.


  • We understand that occasionally it is necessary to change or cancel a reservation.  However, understand that because we are a small business, cancellations have a huge financial impact on us.  Once a Pod is reserved, it is no longer available for reservation by other interested travelers. We ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change, and refund policy. All cancellations or reservation changes must be made in writing to 
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund, with $50 payment processing fee deducted.
    • Cancellations made 15 t0 30 days prior to arrival date will receive 50% refund, with $30 payment processing fee deducted.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days to arrival date will receive no refunds.
    • We DO NOT refund for early departures, delayed arrivals, no-shows or inclement weather.
    • Upsell items, including massage, experiential packages, rentals, etc, would be fully refunded up to 48 hours prior to arrival, after which no refunds will be issued.
    If notified 10 to 14 days before your stay, we may allow a re-schedule of up to 45 days from your original check-in date. Please, note that this later option is fully at our discretion and is not obligatory on our part. In cases were this is approved, the following will apply:
    • A reschedule fee of 15% of the booked nightly rate for weekends, and 20% for weekends will apply.
    • An additional payment equivalent to the difference of the going rate of the new date(s) from the old will apply if the new requested date has a higher going rate.

Pet policy:

  1. Only dogs are allowed as pets.
  2. Must weigh no more than 35 lbs.
  3. Maximum of one (1) dog allowed per reservation and per pod.
  4. Dogs must be on leach and with owner at all times. No exceptions!
  5. Repetitive barking, reported disturbance , or unsocialized/poorly dogs are not allowed.
  6. No dogs are allowed in the swimming pool area.
  7. Waste must be picked up by owner and disposed appropriately in provided pet stations. 
  8. Excessive pet hair requiring excessive cleaning will generate an extra cleaning fee of $100.
  9. Pet fee is $70.

Please, note that violation of any of the above policy will constitute grounds for discontinuation of stay without refund, or removal of dog(s), and might result in none refund of security deposit as determined by management.
