A $400 security deposit is required to book your stay before your arrival at Udoscape. We use a “no-contact” check-in process; please call us two days before your arrival at (830) 507–2211, ext. 1. We are available Monday through Saturday between 10AM and 5PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Security deposits are automatically refunded within 7 days after your stay. Depending on your bank’s processing time, allow 5 to 10 business days for the deposit to appear in your account. Check-in instructions and directions will only be sent once you call to process your deposit.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm – all lights for our hammock, grill, and fire pit areas will be turned off.
Loud music is prohibited.
Any additional guests staying in the pod must be declared. Failure to notify the correct number of guests, results in a forfeit of your security deposit.
*There is an additional charge after 2 guests of $75 per night per person.
The campsite is only for guests. No visitors are allowed.
Our campsite is only for adults from ages 21 and up. If you are an emancipated minor aged 18 to 20, please contact us prior to booking.
No pets allowed.
The grill and grill area must be cleaned after use.
Ensure all lights and propane tanks are turned off. Never leave the grill unattended during use.
